Signal CPAs helps established contractors and trades businesses in Central Pennsylvania stabilize and modernize the controller function — the close discipline, reporting integrity, and financial controls that keep ownership in command of the numbers. We work with companies in the $5 million to $25 million range that already have accounting staff but no dependable controller layer. We are not a bookkeeping shop, a general outsourced accounting department, or a tax firm; we focus entirely on the controller layer, and we do that one thing well.
Meet the Founder
Luke Massaro, CPA, is a finance leader with more than 15 years of experience building and modernizing accounting functions. Before founding Signal CPAs, he scaled the finance function of a fast-growing technology company through a period of 4x revenue growth, major systems upgrades, and rising reporting and control demands. The same work of stabilizing the close, tightening reporting, and reducing key-person dependency that Signal now brings to contractors and trades businesses.
Luke is a Bucknell graduate, a community leader, and a proud husband and father based in State College, Pennsylvania.
